I Can't Log In To My Chinavasion Account- Help Me!
This is a troubleshooting document for difficulty in logging in
Please follow these steps:
Check your login details. Your login username is your email address
Ensure that cookies from www.chinavasion.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox , Google Chomeetc).
Check your email address is entered correctly on the registration page, and try again.
If you have forgotten your password, please go here to get your password emailed to you: Please click “ forgot password” as shown in the screenshots below or click here : https://secure.chinavasion.com/login/
If few minutes after resetting your password you haven’t received a new password, please check your spam/junk folder in your mailbox.
It might be a problem caused by Chinavasion system maintenance - wait 30 mins and try again.

Here is a list of common mistakes
-You may have signed up earlier with a different email address or different password. In that case we recommend you to try “forgot password” first.

If you made a mistake when you registered, and you can't access your account... and you've never made any orders... it might be quickest to just use the registration to sign up again for a new account.
