Based on the feedback from our Brazilian customers, customs clearance in Brazil takes a longer time than that in more developed countries such as the United States. Companies importing products and goods to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices. In order to pass Brazil customs smoothly, we recommend our customers to choose either EMS or Airmail when they place their order.
For your convenience, we would like to share our experience in both delivery methods in terms of shipping method and delivery times in an easy to read chart.
EMS: Transit time is within 10-35 days.
Airmail: Transit time is generally 20-45 days.

Horizontal axis: Delivery time from the tracking number available online to customer's receipt
Vertical axis: Percentage of orders delivered in numbers of days
