Based on the feedback from our customers, customs clearance in the Russian Federation takes a longer time than that in more developed countries such as the United States. In order to pass Russian customs smoothly, we recommend our customers to choose either EMS or Airmail when they place their order.
For your convenience, we would like to share our experience in both delivery methods in terms of shipping method and delivery times in an easy to read chart.
EMS: Transit time is within 6-30 days.
Airmail: Transit time is generally 15-40 days.
