1) You can always find the invoices in myaccount:
https://secure.chinavasion.com/myaccount/my_orders.php
2) Then find the order for which you need an invoice, click on "view" to see the order details:
3) You could simply see two types of invoices once you click view:
Shipping invoice: Refers to the one that sending with package. It is mainly used for your reference so that you know how much we declared for this order
Commercial invoice: Refers to the one that you need for accounting or financial
4) If you need different invoices, Please contact Chinavasion and request the type of invoice that you require. Please open a support ticket and give us full details of your request as follows:
- Whether the invoice is labelled as sample, proforma, commercial or personal
- Whether any amendment is required to the original totals on the order
- Whether a Chinavasion company stamp is required on the invoice
