This is how we deal with eBay/ dropship returns issues:
All Chinavasion products carry at least a 3 month warranty, guaranteed by our company, in addition to any factory guarantees.
Chinavasion as wholesaler only offers warranty to you the ebay reseller /dropshipper that has created an account with us.
Chinavasion will not provide support/warranty to the customers of our customers. If your customer contacts about a product issue, please clarify first the issue with them and contact us within the standard RMA process.
