How to CANCEL an Order

How to CANCEL an Order At Chinavasion Please cancel my order which I placed by mistake! I placed an order, but I've changed my mind. Close the order! There's a payment problem and now I can't send the money. How can I cancel the order?
1. - CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this. However, if you want to make sure, this is the easy way to cancel a payment: Step 1 - Look for the order in your checkout, click on the button that says 'view order' Step 2 - At the top right of page there should be a button that says 'cancel order' press it. Step 3 - A pop-up box will open up asking you if you really want to cancel the order, click 'Yes'. Step 4 - That's it, you'll be taken back to a page where you can check that the status is set to 'order has been cancelled at your request. If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need to replace a new order by adding those products to the shopping cart again.
2. - Cancel An Order Which Partially Paid by Chinavasion Credit
We have a FUNCTION that gives you possibility to cancel partially paid order and credit money back to your Chinavasion account. This process can be done by yourself without having to contact any Customer support! Now you can choose the “Amend This Order” function. The “Amend this order” The function will cause your order to be cancelled and the amount that you have already paid to Chinavasion to be credited to your Chinavasion account.
3. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have placed an order and fully paid by PayPal (or credit card through PayPal) or Bank transfer, but you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items. If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes. If your order is in Sent out status we cannot change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees - please contact us. If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be credited to your account to be used for your next order.
4. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER paid by Credit Card directly (without PayPal) AFTER PAYMENT
You can use your VISA or MasterCard credit card to make payment for your order at Chinavasion web site. If your order is in “Packing your order” OR “Sent out” status, we cannot change or cancel your order. If the order is in an early processing stage, since you may be uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold when you decide. This will stop the order process, so you still have a chance to make changes. We will be in contact with you shortly and will work with you through this process. Please see what my order statuses mean If you would like a refund for any reason, please talk to us. So how can you do that? You can do that with three ways: 1 - Immediately Send an email to with your order number. 2 - Writing a comment in the order comments Immediately stating that you want to cancel your order and giving the reason for the cancellation. 3- Contact us via live chat with your order number, the reason for the cancellation. It may have chance for us to hold your order before we ship out your order.
