Last guaranteed delivery date for Christmas 2011

The biggest issue in Christmas stock preparation is shipping. Don’t wait until the last minute or when you stock is dangerously low. RETAILERS, WHOLESALERS and DROP-SHIPPERS should stock up now and avoid big headaches later. Because when your package is stuck in a big "traffic jam" there is little we (or even the courier company) can do.

Here are our proposed final dates if you want to make sure your orders arrive before Christmas:

Shipping Method Order before
Air Mail, EMS, DHL Economy 1st December
UPS, FedEx, DHL 15th December
* For South America countries: There is no guarantee due to postal service disruption, please place your orders as soon as possible.

Does Chinavasion delivery guarantee still applies during Christmas period?
Yes. Chinavasion will guarantee all delivery no matter when and where the orders are sent to.

What is the different between "ship-out time" and "transit time"?
The term "ship-out Time" means the time from when you place your order until your package is handed over to the courier company. "Transit time" is the time it takes for the courier company to deliver your order after that. Over 92% of Chinavasion orders have ship out time of 24 hours or less. The average transit time will depends on which courier company and your destination. During Christmas peak season, both "ship-out time" and "transit time" are likely to be longer than usual.

Does Chinavasion guarantee my order will arrive before Christmas if I place my order before these dates?
We cannot. Once your package is in the hands of courier companies it will depend on their efficiency and services to deliver according to their promise. HOWEVER, if you place orders early enough, your order will avoid the “traffic jam” that happens every year just before Christmas. These dates are calculated based on courier company information and our past delivery statistics during peak time.

So does it mean if my order is sent out after the "order before" date it will not arrive before Xmas?
No, what we mean is if your order after these dates, you are counting on your luck. Your order may still arrive just before Christmas if you are REALLY LUCKY.
