When you order goods from Chinavasion, they are sent by air to your home
country. As such, you are importing. The formalities of the clearance of the
goods through Customs will be taken care of by the courier in all normal cases,
but as the importer you need to be aware of your responsibilities and find out
information about import restrictions and tax/duty issues in advance of placing
orders.
