Chinavasion Order Status
All your orders are shown in your Chinavasion.com account: https://secure.chinavasion.com/myaccount/
"Active Orders" are orders which you paid for, whether still in processing or previously sent out.
Active Orders
When you pay for an order, it goes through several statuses as our office and warehouse process your order delivery.
What do all these order statuses mean?
Read below for details...
Most of the order statuses are just for our system to manage your order processing efficiently, and you don't need to care about them.
The normal order statuses are as follows:
- Checking Your Order
We got your payment and your order will begin processing it soon, there's just a few things that we want to check first. If there are any problems during this stage we will email you directly to resolve them.
- Checking Your Payment
You have overpaid or underpaid your order. If you have overpaid for your order we will credit the difference on your Chinavasion account. If you have underpaid we will contact on how to pay the difference soon.
- Processing Your Order
Once your order is in the 'processing stage everything is really underway. During the processing stage we will put together the paperwork for shipping and customs, check the items one last time and generally make sure that things are correct and complete. Orders don't normally stay in this status for long and we only have to contact you very rarely about issues.
- Packing Your Order
Everything is OK with your billing address and your shipping address, the payment is fine and we have taken out the item from our warehouse and checked it one last time before delivery. Now we are just putting the packaging together and arranging a courier to come and pick it up so we can send it to you.
- Order Sent Out
Hurray! Your order has been picked up by the courier or freight company and is speeding its way to you! Check the tracking detail in your account to follow your order from here.
- Delivered Successfully
Hurray! Your order has been collected and signed for by either yourself or the customer and you are one order closer to even better discounts with our level up program.

Other Order Statuses
Didn't find your order status above? well check out these statuses to see if you can find what you're looking for.
- Awaiting Your Payment
You have placed the order but haven't paid yet, or we haven't received the funds yet. Either way we are waiting on some money so that we can process the order. But what happens if you made a 'test' order and don't actually want to follow through with the purchase? If you didn't pay for an order, and don't want to continue with it, do not worry, we're not processing your order. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. It will remain on your account for your reference. If you don't want to see the order any more, click "CANCEL THIS ORDER" to expire it.
- Refunded/Canceled
This usually means that the status are not in alignment and there is something wrong with the order. Please check your email for a message or contact us directly via email or live chat.
- Stock Reserved
This simply means that we have put the stock aside for you so that once your bank transfer is processed it will go through.
- Payment Issue
If you see this message it means there was some problem with the payment. Please check your email for our message, or contact us directly via email or live chat.
- Special Order
If you see this message it means the order is a very special one that we have put together manually. If it is for a warranty-covered product you will get your item soon.
- Cancelled / Not Processed
Your order is inactive; it was not paid for, or your payment was transferred to another order. Unpaid order can be canceled on your request. Once you have successfully canceled your order this status will appear in your account.
- Pending Cancellation
Your order is being cancelled, probably at your request, and it's awaiting credit or refund within 1 to 2 working days.

If you are unsure about the meaning of your order status, if you think there is some mistake in your order status, or if your order has been in processing for too long, you should contact us by opening a support ticket referencing your order number.
