Reporting Any Laptop Hardware Issues

We have recently (April 2006) discontinued our line of laptops BUT we will continue to provide technical support for previous purchases under our 3 month warranty. If you have a technical issue with your laptop hardware, please let us know as much detail as possible. The following are key pieces of information for us to evaluate possible problems: - What operating system are you using? - Has the [##hardware##] ever worked correctly? - What, if any, error messages or other error indications do you have? - What testing steps have you taken? - Is the [##hardware##] recognised correctly by the operating system? - Have you installed the correct driver and experimented with different drivers? With this information we may be able to give you technical advice without you having to send items back to us for repair/ replacement.
